Rug not quite right? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Sale items included.

How it works

Use the form WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT or Email info@meeranveer.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your name and order number. You then have another 14 days to send the rug back to us.

Your refund

Once we’ve received the rug, or once you can show you’ve sent it, we’ll refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order.

The condition of the rug

You’re free to unroll the rug and look at it the way you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged or soiled beyond what that kind of assessment involves, we may deduct part of the amount.

Return postage

Return postage is at your own cost, unless the rug arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered. Please send it back in its original box where possible, and use a tracked service — we can’t cover a parcel that goes missing on the way unless you can show it was sent.

Not returnable

Rugs woven to your own measurements can’t be returned. This is stated on the product page.
