Returns

With the exception of bespoke or custom-made orders (such as special sizes or personalised rugs), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Sale items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and carefully packaged in its original packaging.

The cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. MEER AN VEER cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, so we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Please include your name and order number with your return so we can identify it. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
