A handwoven jute flatweave with a grid of palm-leaf motifs in natural jute on a dusty pink ground.
Taad means palm. Each leaf sits inside its own diamond, with a central spine and chevrons branching off it, and the diamonds tile edge to edge across the whole rug. The motif is left in the natural colour of the jute, so the pattern is the undyed fibre showing through the pink.
The colour shifts slightly from one part of the rug to another, and the rug feels firm and textured underfoot.
Material: 90% jute, 10% cotton
Technique: Handwoven flatweave, reversible

Care: Vacuum regularly, dry clean only, keep dry
Underlay: Recommended on hard floors
