A handwoven flatweave in bands of muted blue across a warm sand ground.
Dhaariya means stripes, and neel means blue. The stripes run the full width of the rug, and vary in width. The blue is greyed rather than bright, so it stays close to the sand in depth and the contrast between the two is low.
